Maintain MIS records for all machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
Monitor equipment utilization, working hours, and downtime.
Track preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and repair activities.
Maintain fuel consumption, mileage, and service records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Maintain records of spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
Monitor statutory documents (Insurance, Registration, Fitness, PUC, Permits, etc.).
Coordinate with Mechanical, Site, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
Ensure accuracy of operational data and timely reporting.
Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements for better utilization and cost control.
