Maintenance Manager – (One-Line JD)
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of the company fleet.
Ensure timely servicing and repairs of all vehicles.
Maintain complete knowledge of RTO rules, documentation, and legal compliance.
Handle vehicle registration, fitness, permits, insurance, PUC, and road tax renewals.
Monitor and maintain records of all vehicle documents.
Supervise vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
Ensure all vehicles meet company cleanliness and presentation standards.
Manage inventory and procurement of vehicle spare parts and consumables.
Coordinate with workshops and vendors for quality maintenance services.
Monitor and resolve traffic challans and maintain challan records.
Conduct regular fleet condition audits and preventive inspections.
Control maintenance costs and optimize vehicle uptime.
Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government transport regulations.
Lead and supervise maintenance staff, drivers, and workshop coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
