Experience with queuing mechanisms (e.g., RabbitMQ), TTS/ASR engines (e.g., Azure, Amazon Polly, Google), WebRTC, CRM integrations, and cloud deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Solid database management skills (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Perl, Java).

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
