Role Description The On Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing daily operations for a greenfield project. This role includes monitoring workflows, coordinating tasks among team members, and ensuring that construction targets and quality standards are met.

The On Site

Supervisor will implement safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and address operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining documentation, reporting red flags / issues and performance metrics,



and collaborating with management to optimize processes and resource utilization.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong supervisory and team coordination skills, with the ability to allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide clear guidance.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of greenfield manufacturing or site construction processes, preferably related to agro based chemical industry.
Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including the ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and support process audits.
Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and resolve operational issues promptly.
Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in civil or mechanical or chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, is beneficial.
Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or process plant setting is highly advantageous.
Ability to work in office in Vadodara, maintain punctuality, and adapt to shift-based operations as required.
