Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform product development and merchandising decisions.
Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product development and delivery.
Manage product life cycle, including product launch, promotion, and discontinuation.
Conduct product research and development to identify new opportunities and trends.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize merchandising strategies.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

Requirements
Strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices in the garment industry.
Experience in product development, marketing, and sales.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.




Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of garment industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Preferred Skills
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
Knowledge of garment industry-specific merchandising tools and technologies.
Familiarity with international trade practices, regulations, and standards.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and supply chain.
