ACN Motors is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead our workshop team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily mechanical repair and service work.
Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress.
Ensure quality of repairs before vehicle delivery.
Diagnose complex mechanical issues and guide technicians.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and customers when required.
Maintain workshop discipline, productivity, and safety.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned jobs.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanic.
Robust knowledge of multi-brand cars.
Valuable leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle a team and meet delivery deadlines.
Must be currently living in Madurai.
Must be willing to work at our Viraganoor or Othakadai branch.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on experience) Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
