Role & responsibilities
Operate and manage Panel Division/CNC machines efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
Read and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Ensure optimum machine utilization with minimum material wastage.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Lead and guide machine operators and production staff.
Troubleshoot machine and production-related issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain production reports and update ERP/Odoo, Google Sheets, and MS Office records.
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and company SOPs.
Continuously identify prospects to improve productivity and process efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Hands-on experience operating Panel Division/CNC machines.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Positive knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred), Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Experience in leading or supervising production teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in the Furniture, Modular Furniture, Interior Products, or Woodworking Industry will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under production deadlines.
