We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of production machinery, utilities, and plant equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown management, and leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance activities for production machinery and utilities.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
Coordinate repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Monitor refrigeration, compressors, boilers, DG sets, and utility systems.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities.




Lead and guide maintenance technicians and contractors.
Identify prospects for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Eligibility
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/FMCG/food processing industry.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and utility equipment.
Basic understanding of PLCs, electrical panels, and mechanical systems.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
