We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Coordinate with different departments such as marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service.
Maintain and update records, reports, and operational documentation.
Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Identify operational issues and recommend solutions for process improvement.
Handle client communication when required and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support the management team in planning, execution, and reporting.
Maintain inventory or logistics coordination if applicable to the role.

Key Skills Required:
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities




Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
Team player with a positive and proactive approach

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Prior experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus
Freshers with robust communication and coordination skills can also apply
