About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Marketing Executive (BTL) to strengthen brand visibility and support sales through impactful Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns, dealer engagement activities, and on-ground marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute BTL marketing activities across assigned markets.
Organize dealer meets, carpenter meets, contractor meets, and retailer engagement programs.
Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to execute market activation initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners to ensure timely execution.
Manage branding materials including banners, standees, brochures, merchandise, and promotional kits.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare post-event reports.
Ensure brand visibility across dealer outlets and retail touchpoints.
Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials.




Support digital marketing and social media campaigns whenever required.
Travel across assigned territories for marketing activities.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1–4 years in BTL Marketing.
Experience in the Plywood, Laminates, Paints, Hardware, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, FMCG, or Building Materials industry will be preferred.
Solid event coordination and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with robust execution capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for marketing events and promotional activities.
