:
Lead and manage a team of AR Callers to ensure high performance.
Handle and resolve escalations related to account receivables.
Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and coaching.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims and denials.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle management.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
Generate reports and analyze trends to improve collection efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience in AR Calling.
Designation: Team Lead / Sr. Team Lead.
Work Location: Hyderabad, Salem, Chennai, Bengaluru.
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Night Shift).
