Reports to: Head - Projects KRA & Responsibilities Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.

Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.

Analysing engineering drawings, survey reports to guide the construction process.

Reporting project updates, milestones and delay analysis to the project in charge.

Site conflict solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.





Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple vendor.

Planning, allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency.

Monitoring quality at site.

Monitoring project costs, optimization budgeted cost.

Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.

Depth knowledge of measurement and BBS checking.

Overall knowledge of project i.e PEB, MEP and Office interior.

Qualification & Work Experience Qualification: B. Tech (Civil)

Work Experience: More than 7 Years

Others: experience in project management at site.
