Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual MIS reports for management.

Consolidate data from various departments and generate meaningful reports.

Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports.

Ensure timely circulation of reports to stakeholders.

Analyze trends and highlight key observations, variances, and exceptions.

Data Management

Maintain and update master databases with complete accuracy.

Validate data received from departments before report preparation.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality.

Maintain historical records and MIS archives.

Excel & Dashboard Development

Prepare advanced Excel reports using:

Pivot Tables

Pivot Charts

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

INDEX-MATCH

Power Query

Conditional Formatting

Data Validation

Macros/VBA (preferred)

Design interactive dashboards for management review.

ERP/SAP Support





Extract reports from SAP/ERP.

Reconcile ERP data with departmental records.

Support users in report generation and data validation.

Coordinate with IT for resolving MIS-related issues.

Analysis & Decision Support

Analyze operational, production, HR, finance, stores, and inventory data.

Identify trends, variances, and prospects for process improvement.

Prepare presentations and analytical reports for management meetings.

Documentation

Maintain MIS formats and reporting templates.

Ensure proper documentation of reports and data sources.

Prepare SOPs related to MIS activities.

Qualification

B. Tech(Computer Science)/ BCA/ B.Sc. in computer science
