Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Associate to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to enhance targeting and reach

Execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous improvement

Monitor key metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates — and optimize accordingly

Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging





Analyze campaign data and identify prospects for scaling and efficiency

Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, new features, and industry trends

Prepare transparent, actionable performance reports for internal teams or clients

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

Solid understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels

Experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant ad spend

Familiarity with Meta Events Manager, Pixel, and tracking setups

Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
