Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies.

Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.

Generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.

Lead and manage the marketing team.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare marketing reports and achieve monthly KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management.

Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
