Purpose: To establish, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Assurance system ensuring that all products, processes, and operations comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards.
Ensure compliance with documentation control, change management, and record retention systems.
Ensure Data Integrity & lead implementation of Digital Quality Systems
Quality matrices and KPI management
Supplier quality management
Review and approve batch manufacturing records, process deviations, and change controls. Ensure adherence to approved specifications, process parameters, and quality plans.
Lead investigations for deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely implementation of CAPA.
Lead and coordinate customer, ISO, and regulatory audits. Ensure timely closure of audit observations and preventive actions.




Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
Ensure integrity, accuracy, and traceability of quality documents and records.
Train employees on quality systems, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Nature of Experience:
10 to 15 years of Quality Assurance experience in specialty chemicals / fine chemicals / intermediates / process chemicals, and in the capacity of QA Incharge for at least 3 years.
