Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Parent Relationship Manager located at VIBGYOR Group of Schools in Jakkuru.

The Parent Relationship

Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for parents, fostering relationships to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include addressing parental concerns, facilitating smooth communication between parents and school staff, resolving queries promptly, organizing parent engagement events,



and delivering updates about school policies and student performance. Ensuring a seamless association between families and the school is a key focus of this role.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster robust relationships with parents and school teams

Customer service and problem-solving skills to address queries and concerns efficiently

Knowledge of event planning and administrative coordination to organize parent-school engagement events

Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups

Strong organizational and time management skills for maintaining smooth operations

Proficiency in handling data and familiarity with managing parental feedback systems

Previous experience in an educational setting or customer relationship management is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in any field;

education or management preferred

Tech-savviness, including knowledge of basic software tools, is beneficial
