Role Description The Part-time E-commerce role at Barraid involves managing online product listings, updating item descriptions, prices, and images, and ensuring accurate information across the website. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring orders, coordinating with customer service to resolve queries, tracking inventory, and supporting sales promotions and campaigns. The role also requires basic data analysis of sales performance and customer behavior, helping improve product visibility and online customer experience.

This is a full time hybrid role based in Recent Delhi,



with some work-from-home flexibility depending on business needs and schedule coordination.

Qualifications Solid foundation in Commerce, with understanding of online retail operations and product catalog management.

Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and make data-informed recommendations.

Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding clearly to customer inquiries.

Customer Service skills to handle order-related issues, ensure positive shopping experiences, and support retention.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support promotions, cross-selling, and improving conversion rates.

Comfort with e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a hybrid setup, and adapt to changing priorities.

Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or online marketplace management is an advantage.

Relevant degree or coursework in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
