Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Prepare baseline schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Define project milestones, activities, and critical paths.
Establish project timelines for all construction phases.
Track actual progress against the approved baseline schedule.
Update project schedules periodically.
