Job Summary

Dr. Archana IVF & Women Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bengali Speaking Patient Care Coordinator to assist and support Bengali-speaking patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English, with a patient-centric approach and robust organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist Bengali-speaking patients from their first enquiry until completion of treatment.
Explain appointments, treatment schedules, investigations, and follow-up plans in Bengali.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, billing, and other departments for smooth patient care.
Assist international patients, especially from Bangladesh, with hospital processes and documentation.
Handle patient calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate patient records and update the hospital management system.




Provide emotional support and ensure a positive patient experience.
Resolve patient queries and escalate concerns to the appropriate department when required.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, medications, and treatment plans.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Fluency in Bengali (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Hindi and basic English is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in a hospital, IVF centre, healthcare, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Salary
Starting from ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
