Job Overview: We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services, including check-in, baggage handling, and passenger assistance. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
Check passengers' tickets and travel documents
Handle baggage and assist with loading and unloading
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes




Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
Assist in the boarding and disembarkation of passengers
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
Fluent in English and Hindi
Basic computer skills
