Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business leads through outbound cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and online research.
Contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Directors, CEOs, and decision-makers to introduce the company's recruitment services.
Understand clients hiring requirements and business needs.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients for the Business Head or senior management.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
Develop solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team regarding client requirements.
Prepare and share company profiles, service offerings,



proposals, and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of daily calls, follow-ups, meetings, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
Conduct market research to identify companies with active hiring requirements.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Experience
1–4 years of Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Sales experience.
Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing industry will be highly preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
