Role Description This is a part time, remote role focused on managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and monitoring paid campaigns, conducting keyword and audience research, adjusting bids and budgets, and implementing A/B tests on creatives and ad copy. The role involves analyzing performance data, preparing concise reports, and suggesting improvements to maximize return on ad spend.

The team member will collaborate with stakeholders to align ads with marketing goals, ensure proper tracking, and maintain compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications




Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics, use tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles such as targeting, segmentation, conversion funnels, and remarketing strategies.
Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and collaborate on creative concepts that align with brand messaging.
Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and communicating proactively with distributed teams.
Attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking implementation, and adherence to advertising policies and best practices.
Beneficial qualifications include experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns, use of tag managers, and basic knowledge of SEO.
Preferred education or background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
