Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with the plant team for timely sample requisitions and production planning.
Monitor sample dispatch activities,track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials for R&D;, pilot-scale trials, and commercial production.
Plan, monitor, and coordinate domestic and export dispatches to ensure on-time order execution.
Verify shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, COA, MSDS, COO, and other export documents) before sharing them with customers.
Follow up with customers and internal finance teams to ensure timely payment collection and resolution of payment-related issues.
Perform export and import data analysis to support business planning, market intelligence, and decision-making.
Coordinate with the R&D; and Pilot Plant teams to monitor product development activities and commercialization timelines.




Prepare periodic R&D; and Pilot Plant development status reports and management presentations.
Develop and maintain Gantt charts to track the progress of recent product development and commercialization projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and project milestones.
Support Manager by preparing project progress reports, dashboards, and business updates.

Preferred candidate profile Designation: Executive-Business Development

Qualification: B.E. Chemical/B.sc/MBA /PGDM in International Business, Sales, or Marketing

Experience: 03 to 5 years

CTC As per industry standard

Location Thane (H. O.)
