Nursing Teacher
A Nursing Teacher (Nursing Tutor/Lecturer) is responsible for educating nursing students through classroom teaching, clinical instruction, and practical demonstrations while ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills, and qualified ethics required for nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Teach nursing subjects through lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and study resources.
Supervise students during clinical postings in hospitals and community settings.
Assess students through assignments, practical examinations, and internal assessments.
Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical learning.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, and evaluation reports.
Ensure compliance with nursing education standards and institutional policies.
Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and academic activities.
Organize seminars, workshops,
and continuing education programs.
Promote skilled ethics, patient safety, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Qualifications
M.Sc. Nursing (preferred) or B.Sc. Nursing as per institutional and regulatory requirements.
