Roles and Responsibilities
End-to-end sales of vacant and current properties through leads assigned in CRM • Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures • Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage • MS office • Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
A graduate from any discipline is preferred • 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
