Department: Partner Ecosystem

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office + Field)

Travel Requirement: Candidate will be based in Pune. Initial training programs will be conducted online. As the Partner Ecosystem expands, the candidate should be willing to travel across India on a city-by-city basis to conduct partner onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and business expansion activities. Travel frequency will depend on business requirements.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Training / L&D;/ Partner or Technician Training.

Role Summary

Build and lead Inspacco's Partner Training function from the ground up. Design and deliver onboarding, company policy, SOP, safety, grooming, customer service and soft-skills training for service partners. Initially training will be online; later city-wise offline training will be conducted as the company scales.





Key Responsibilities
Develop training strategy and onboarding journey.
Conduct online induction and refresher sessions.
Train partners on app usage, SOPs, company policies, safety and service standards.
Deliver soft skills, communication and customer handling training.
Create training content, presentations, videos and assessments.
Track attendance, certification and training effectiveness.
Coordinate with Supply, Operations and Quality teams.

Shutter, Pest Control, Deep Cleaning, Turnkey Contractors.
