Key Responsibilities:
Own the product development lifecycle from discovery to post-release support, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Lead the discovery process by conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and business goals.
Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
Define explicit, actionable product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
Work closely with engineering teams to manage sprint planning, development timelines, and ensure clear communication around product expectations.
Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
Lead post-release evaluations to measure product success and identify areas for further optimization.
Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth execution.
Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and customer escalations to inform ongoing product improvements.
Stay up to date with industry trends,



competitor products, and customer needs to proactively identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or features from conception through post-release.
Robust project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to synthesize user feedback, market research, and data into actionable product insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and priorities.
Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with SaaS platforms in the health and wellness industry.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies.
Knowledge of software development processes and basic technical understanding.
