Our AI Agents automate key stages of hiring — from understanding hiring requirements and screening candidates to conducting adaptive interviews and capturing interview insights — helping teams improve hiring quality, reduce inefficiencies, and make better hiring decisions. We are growing rapidly and are on a J-curve growth trajectory.

We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to play a key role in this journey and help Zeko.ai scale into a category-defining company. What You'll Own Own the product end-to-end — from vision and strategy to execution and outcomes.

Understand customer problems deeply and turn them into simple, impactful products.

Work closely with founders, engineering, sales, and customers to drive product decisions.

Define and execute the product roadmap with speed and strong prioritization.

Lead products and scale them from 1 → 10 → 100.

Build processes, systems, and a strong product culture as the company scales.





What We're Looking For 2–3 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting.

Someone who has played a meaningful role in scaling a product or business, ideally through a phase of rapid growth.

Experience in HRTech, RecruitmentTech, B2B SaaS, AI, or similar domains is a solid plus.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and a bias for action.

Solid logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

A strong understanding of technology and the ability to work closely with engineering teams. Why Zeko.ai?
