Key Responsibilities
Material planning: Develop and maintain a procurement plan to ensure timely availability of materials or services.

Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers or vendors.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Ensure vendors meet the company’s quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing agreements.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for goods and services based on the organization’s needs.
Follow up with suppliers to resolve any delays or issues in order fulfillment.
Generate regular reports for management on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations related to procurement.
Knowledge of imports for material import.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
