Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for validating software functionality.
Conduct system integration testing, functional testing, regression testing.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand product specifications and user requirements.
Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and execution reports for clarity and traceability.
Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to resolve them.
Assist in automating test processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure alignment on testing goals and progress.
Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical), or I.T.
At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Experience in functional, regression and integration testing.
Familiarity with system automation tools and testing frameworks.
Passionate about solution quality and 100% test coverage. Attention to details.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
Willingness to adjust work hours to overlap with the working hours of the team members located abroad.
Nice to have
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages for automation is a plus.
Any knowledge and/or interest in electrical concepts, power grids, renewable or green energy is always a plus.
Knowledge and experience of system automation and common tools and libraries.
