This is a full time in office role as a Quality Assurance Manager - Leather Gloves located in the (Bantala)Greater Kolkata Area.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to quality assurance, ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Developing quality control processes, monitoring product quality through inspections and tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
Experience in implementing quality management systems
Ability to conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the Leather goods manufacturing industry, particularly in PPE, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
