Platforms Engineer – Product Engineering Practice (iCIMS Platform)

Position Summary

NewVision requires a Platforms Engineer with solid expertise in iCIMS Talent Acquisition platforms to support platform configuration, implementation, enhancements, reporting, governance and end-user enablement. The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, Product Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver scalable recruiting technology solutions.

Experience

4–6 years of relevant experience in iCIMS platform administration, implementation or consulting.

Must Have Skills
4+ years of hands-on experience with iCIMS ATS.
Experience with Offer Management, Onboarding, CRM, Career Sites, I-Forms, Video Studio, Text Engagement and Skill Survey.
Knowledge of platform configuration, workflow setup, security rules, userrolesand search locks.
Experience gathering requirements, solution design,testingand production deployment.
Reporting and dashboard development using standard and custom fields.




HTML and CSS knowledge for career site and branding customizations.
Solid troubleshooting, stakeholdermanagementand communication skills.

Good to Have Skills
Workday Core HCM exposure.
Basic SQL knowledge.
iCIMS certifications.
Experience with release management and platform governance.
Exposure to Agile delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and enhance iCIMS platform modules.
Configure security, workflows, notifications,brandingand portals.
Build reports,dashboardsand operational metrics.
Monitor platform health, dataintegrityand user adoption.
Support issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
Partner with business stakeholders to implement current capabilities and process improvements.
Document configurations,standardsand operating procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
