We are seeking a Quality Executive who can ensure product quality from raw material inspection to final dispatch. The ideal candidate should have experience in valve components, quality systems, customer documentation, and precision inspection.

Key Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of valve and brass components.

Read engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.

Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Plug Gauges, Ring Gauges, Thread Gauges, Air Gauges, and Profile Projectors.

Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.

Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and prepare inspection reports.

Prepare and maintain PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Inspection Standards, and 8D Reports.

Investigate quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Monitor rejection, rework, scrap, and PPM performance and implement improvement actions.

Coordinate Internal Audits, Customer Audits, and Third-Party Audits.

Ensure calibration and traceability of measuring instruments.

Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.

Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchase,



and Stores to resolve quality issues.

Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality MIS reports.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in the valve or precision machining industry.

Knowledge of valve manufacturing processes

Experience with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D Reports

Solid understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T;

Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments

Root Cause Analysis and CAPA

ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)

Microsoft Excel proficiency
