Role Overview:

As a QA Lead, you will own end-to-end quality for our products, lead QA efforts, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams. You'll play a key role in shaping testing strategies across both application and data platforms.

Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
3+ years of experience in Data Platforms / Data Engineering QA
Solid experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-native data ecosystems (Azure preferred)
Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Knowledge of data validation, ETL testing, and data quality frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
