About Department: Helpdesk SBU, mainly helps the clients from India region in resolving the queries they have. Queries will be resolved through ticketing system.

Handle the number of queries that are coming in the form of tickets & give the right solution to it after discussing it with the internal team.

Key Responsibility
Support clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the application • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value • Proactively build solid customer relationships
Understand client requirements,



configure the greytHR application to address these requirement, port client data, provide user training and support the client in implementing the application in their organization in a time bound and qualified manner • Solutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirements • Develop competence in the use of all the information systems used in implementation of the application • Ensure all project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the support process
