We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Head to manage the organization's procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the procurement of materials and services for various business functions.
Obtain competitive quotations and evaluate bids to maximize value and optimize procurement costs.
Source reliable vendors and negotiate the best pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Monitor supplier performance and expedite deliveries whenever required.
Maintain and update the master vendor database and commodity list.
Coordinate with estimators and billing teams to prepare material lists.
Verify material utilization and track unused materials for effective inventory control.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to improve purchasing efficiency.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
