Role & responsibilities

Handling daily RFQs and pricing requests for international export shipments for both Ocean and Air Freight

Manage freehand, nomination, and locally sold ocean export accounts, ensuring end-to-end shipment execution as per customer and company SOPs

Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CHAs, transporters, shippers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations and service continuity.

Prepare and update accurate freight rates quotation and timely quotes for export shipments, considering factors such as cargo type, weight, volume, origin, destination, and desired transit time.

Maintain updated freight pricing sheets and use internal tools for analysis and quoting.

Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead conversion and booking finalization.

Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and customer requirements to offer competitive pricing.
