Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities of third-party manpower/vendors. Oversee production and shop floor operations to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor production schedules and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
Handle production equipment and ensure optimal machine performance. Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime. Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations. Plan production schedules, manpower allocation, and material availability.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams. Drive productivity, process improvements, and operational efficiency. Prepare production reports, MIS, and machine performance records.
