Primary Homeroom Teacher – Job Profile

Position: Primary Homeroom Teacher (Ages 6–8 Years)

Eligibility

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a primary school.

Cambridge curriculum teaching experience will be given preference.

Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Homeroom Teacher for students in the 6–8 years age group, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social well-being.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, and Science using child-centered teaching practices.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom workplace where every child feels valued and confident.

Observe, understand, and support each student's individual learning needs, providing personalized guidance and care.





Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and independent thinking.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic and behavioral records.

Build solid partnerships with parents through regular communication and constructive feedback.

Participate actively in school events, career development programs, and collaborative planning sessions.
