Role Description The Quality Control Engineer is a full time, in office role based in Visnagar. This position is responsible for inspecting and testing instruments and components to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, analyzing test data, and identifying root causes of defects or nonconformities.
The Quality Control
Engineer collaborates with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Daily activities also involve documentation of inspection results, preparation of reports, and clear communication of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, including inspection, testing, and documentation of products and processes.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Quality Management capabilities to interpret data, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and contribute to quality-related training and awareness.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality tools (such as ISO systems, control charts, and root cause analysis) is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field, along with prior experience in manufacturing, instrumentation, or a similar industry, is preferred.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with basic computer applications and reporting tools are advantageous.
