Quality Assurance
Monitor compound quality through laboratory and in-process test results.
Analyze and resolve mixing-related quality issues and customer complaints.
Conduct root cause analysis using Why-Why Analysis and 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) methodology.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, IATF 16949, and ISO requirements.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Support customer audits and quality reviews
