Job Responsibility
Quality Control Execution and Inspection of Assembly, Integration and testing of UAV (experience in LV / Missile is also acceptable ).
Experience in clearances of Ground Handling Equipments and Ground Support Equipments and its associated assemblies
Knowledge on Basis AIT processes and related Quality Inprocess and Final Documentation including kit Traceability, Work workplace and acceptance
Basic knowledge of Materials, BOI, Standard Items, LRUs, PCBs and Detail parts and its Quality clearances
Experience in Operation of Test Equipment's, Electronic Testing, CMM, Other 3D Measurement
Exposure to Customer, regulatory Clearances and audit processes
Cross Functional Work Experience to manage NCR and Customer Feedback.
Basis knowledge about APQP, PPAP, FAI, PFMEA, including basic knowledge NDT, DT and Special Processes.
Work Experience in ERP and related production systems for management of Quality execution
