:
Process Management
Manage and optimize PCR extrusion processes including tread, sidewall, inner liner, apex.
Ensure extrusion output meets defined specifications for gauge, weight, profile, and surface quality.
Set and monitor standard operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and die settings.
Ensure smooth and reliable running of extrusion lines with minimum downtime.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Monitor extrusion quality performance and take corrective actions for deviations.
Lead root cause analysis for extrusion‑related defects and implement permanent corrective actions.
Reduce extrusion scrap, start‑up losses, and rework through process improvement initiatives.
Support internal and external audits related to extrusion processes
New Product Development & Trials
Support new compound trials, new size introduction, and process validation activities.
Coordinate with NPI, Mixing, QA, and Tire Building teams during trials.
Ensure successful transition from trial stage to regular mass production.
Documentation & Standards
Prepare and maintain SOPs, Control Plans, and PFMEA for extrusion processes.




Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / BIS and customer‑specific requirements.
Maintain proper records for process parameters, trials, and improvements.
Digitalization & Data Monitoring
Support implementation of digital systems such as MES / SEEDS / online measurement systems.
Analyse process data to identify trends, variation, and improvement opportunities.
Improve traceability and data accuracy related to extrusion operations.
Team Support & Training
Guide and train extrusion supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Support skill development and standard work discipline on the shop floor.

Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
