A large corporate group is hiring a Project Head to lead in office delivery of a major current corporate campus development.

Key responsibilities
End-to-end project execution: deliver the project plan to timeline with day-to-day tracking, periodic reports and trackers, escalating matters requiring intervention
Work closely with the PMC and consultants across planning, construction, sequencing and delivery
Sit in the core decision group for key project decisions
Manage site activities, overseeing the Site Engineer and the wider execution team
Lead oversight of construction across commercial buildings, infrastructure and ecosystem development
Ensure execution governance, quality and compliance across all commercial construction workstreams




Engage closely with the master developer and key partners to review, challenge, negotiate and influence outcomes

Candidate profile: 15 years total experience, including leading rather than merely managing large commercial construction projects and commercial steel buildings; on-site execution roles with reputed developers or real estate firms; and exposure to complex, technology-enabled developments. High-ownership mindset, strong execution focus and leadership maturity are critical. NOTE FOR APPLICANTS: this is a full-time in office role based in Pune. Candidates from other cities must be open to relocation.
