Responsibilities:
A Playwright Test Automation Engineer with ServiceNow experience is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for ServiceNow applications using the Playwright framework.
This energetic role demands solid expertise in test automation principles and deep familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, enabling automation of core business workflows and ensuring quality across ServiceNow solutions.
Develop robust test scripts using Playwright to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow applications and modules.
Leverage ServiceNow APIs and platform features to facilitate comprehensive automation, including UI, workflow, and data testing.
Integrate Playwright test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc) for continuous testing and rapid feedback.
Execute automated test cases, report defects,



and collaborate with ServiceNow development and QA teams to resolve issues.
Build and sustain scalable, maintainable automation frameworks, ensuring ease of extension and collaboration.
Document automated test cases, procedures, and ServiceNow integration approaches for team reference and future onboarding.
Promote best practices in ServiceNow automated testing, contributing ideas for process improvement and test coverage expansio

Required Skills and Experience
3 years of hands-on experience in test automation, ideally with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow applications, modules, and APIs.
Experience integrating automated tests into contemporary CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
