Role Description The Real Estate Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support day-to-day activities such as assisting with property listings, coordinating site visits, and maintaining client databases.

Responsibilities include helping the sales team with lead generation, preparing basic market research and property reports, and supporting customer interactions through calls, messages, and meetings. The intern will also contribute to documentation and follow-up for sales,



renting, and leasing transactions, while learning about real estate development, property evaluation, and investment advisory processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury residential and commercial real estate operations in a startup environment.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to understand property types and market dynamics.

Interest or exposure to Real Estate Development, including basic understanding of project lifecycles and builder-backed projects.

Sales-oriented mindset with skills or aptitude in Sales and client relationship building.

Customer Service skills to support client queries, follow-ups, and create a positive client experience.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data management.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field.

High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
