Role & responsibilities Execute and supervise civil works for 33kV/66kV/132kV/220kV/400kV Substation Projects.

Manage construction of equipment foundations, transformer foundations, gantry foundations, control room buildings, cable trenches, switchyard structures, roads, drains, fencing, and boundary walls.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients.

Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books (MB), and project documentation.

Verify contractor bills and work quantities.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and timely project completion.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in Substation Civil Works.

Robust knowledge of RCC works, foundations, cable trenches, control buildings, switchyard civil structures, roads, and drainage works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Valuable leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.

Willingness to travel and work at multiple project locations. Experience in Substation Projects.
