Role Description The Principal Architect – Frontend Development is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh. This position is responsible for defining and owning the frontend architecture, establishing coding standards, and guiding the design of scalable, maintainable user interfaces. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into performant and secure frontend solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and refining technical designs, mentoring frontend developers, performing code and architecture reviews, and driving adoption of modern frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.

Architect will also troubleshoot complex issues,



evaluate new technologies, and ensure that the frontend stack aligns with long-term business and technical goals. Qualifications

Strong expertise in Software Architecture and Software Design for complex, large-scale frontend applications.

Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue).

Deep understanding and practical application of Design Patterns relevant to frontend engineering and distributed systems.

Proficiency in building responsive, accessible, and secure web interfaces, with a focus on performance optimization.

Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, including code reviews, technical coaching, and architectural decision-making.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts in transparent, concise terms.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and modern frontend build tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
