Job Summary:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving the manufacturing processes to ensure optimal production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and continuous improvement in the production line.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets.
Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Implement and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
Maintain records of production data, performance reports, and process documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).




Support recent product development and trial runs in collaboration with R&D; and QA teams.
Continuously monitor process parameters and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other process improvement tools.
Ability to analyze data and prepare technical reports.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and AutoCAD (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
